Cinnamon Apple Cake Roll

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons milk

FOR THE APPLE FILLING:

  • 3 cups apples, diced (about 3 apples)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In blending bowl, blend the eggs, bitter cream, sugar and applesauce together.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk collectively flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. Slowly add to mixing bowl on medium till all incorporated.
  5. Pour into prepared cookie sheet, unfold out and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Take a dish towel this is the scale of the cake. cowl with ½ cup powdered sugar.
