  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp milk


  1. Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick spray; set aside. 
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl; set apart.
  3. Soften butter in a small saucepan over medium warmness. add water and bring to a boil. 
  4. Pour warm mixture over dry substances and beat with a hand beater till slightly combined. Beat in the sour cream, egg, zest, and lemon juice till clean.
