  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss pink bell peppers and 1 tablespoon of oil collectively and lay in a unmarried layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, till the bell peppers are gentle and there are some black char marks.
